Materials processed include (all depending upon thickness):

• 96% and 99% Alumina for thick and thin film applications
• Coors ADS96R and Ceramtec Rubalit 708s
• Clean cut Aluminium Nitride
• Flexible materials such as FR4, Mylar, Silicon Rubber and Acrylics

Material can be supplied upon a free issue basis but Applied Laser Solutions hold a wide range of 96% Alumina in stock (see Table 1).
